REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

This Refund & Exchange Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service of Skylinesocksverse.in

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns shall only be accepted if:

  • Requested within 7 days from delivery
  • Product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original packaging, labels, and seals remain intact
  • Valid proof of purchase is provided

Approval of returns remains at the sole discretion of the Company.

2. NON RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following items are strictly non refundable and non exchangeable:

  • Used or worn socks
  • Washed products
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Due to hygiene considerations, this clause shall be strictly enforced.

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Customers must notify the Company within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

Upon verification, the Company may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the item
  • Issue store credit
  • Issue refund

Failure to notify within the specified time may result in rejection of the claim.

4. REFUNDS

Where approved:

  • Shipping, COD, and transaction fees are non refundable

5. ORDER CANCELLATION
